You may also provide a WeChat ID or WhatsApp number for a reply to this enquiry. Selecting or entering these details does not automatically send a message through either service. Share only what is needed for your project. Do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
When direct submission is available, an enquiry reference confirms that the brief has been saved in the website receiving system and a company email notification has been queued. Notification may need retries. If the page asks you to choose how to send, the brief is only prepared on the current page: send it from your email or WhatsApp app.

The website receiving server is in China, with records managed through restricted server accounts and failed notifications retried; email and other services also have their providers’ processing arrangements. Your browser may temporarily store a random submission key and a content digest to prevent duplicate enquiries during retries, without storing the form text.
